Smart City Coordination – Greater Western Sydney, NSW
In partnership with local authorities and urban developers, Edge Black supported the planning and coordination of a multi-modal infrastructure corridor using advanced BIM workflows and flood-risk modelling. This project showcased how smart coordination can streamline infrastructure delivery while reducing long-term disruption across public services.
Port Logistics & Shoreline Protection – Northern QLD
To address rising tides and logistic inefficiencies, Edge Black delivered a port upgrade combining coastal defence design with marine logistics optimisation. This multi-disciplinary effort ensured minimal disruption to trade while building climate readiness into vital infrastructure.
